Built for quick and easy holemaking, the HMD904S allows
you to precisely line up the pilot with the holes center location.
It uses a one stroke handle to lock and unlock the swivel base.
Great for general holemaking but it is especially useful for
horizontal or overhead drilling. Has 2" DOC and cutting capacity
to 1-1/2". Can use HMD904 accessories for added versatility.
Uses positive slug ejection.

Model has a gravity feed coolant bottle.
For non-repetitive production the 'S' models offer the economical
option of a coolant reservoir arbor that holds enough coolant for drilling one hole.
These models have the power to drill 2-1/16" dia. holes up to 3" D.O.C.
without bogging down deep in the hole.
All models have reversible feed handles and Hougen safety features
including an impactor point for improved torsional stability,
reducing the possibility of linear shift.

The HMD505/HMD501

The two-speed Model HMD505 with quill feed design eliminates gib adjustments and arbor support brackets/spacers for maintenance free operation and fast, smooth feed into and throughout the cut especially in deep hole drilling. LED feed rate indicator helps obtain optimum cutting efficiency and long tool life. Optional pressurized coolant system aids drilling in horizontal positions and feed handles can be switched to either side without tools. Rear positioned controls for accessibility and convenience. Coolant bottle and carrying handle removes leaving drill only 15" high. Hougen's safety features, carrying case and safety chain are standard. Uses "12000" Series Cutters. ULTRA LOW PROFILE FRAME DRILL, 450RPM 120V
The HMD115 is an ultra low profile, lightweight 21 lb drill with a quill feed arbor.
Handles operate from either side and with handles removed,
the hex head allows use of a socket wrench for ratcheting the feed.
Handles lock for carrying. The arbor has a bayonet-style twist
and lock tool mounting for quick cutters changeouts.
The HMD115 uses Rotaloc^TM Annular Cutters.
For safety, the motor switch must be continuously pressed
during operation and the motor will not run without
the magnet switch "ON".
Rear mounted controls optimize ergonomics.
Convenient carrying case and safety strap is standard.
