The RIDGID® Quick Acting CSST Cutter utilizes many of the well-known design features of the best-in-class Quick Acting Tubing Cutters but adapted specifically for cutting CSST.

Features

	Cuts corrugated gas tubing sizes 3/8" - 1" diameter.
	Two sets of split-floating guide wheels*, located on the top and along the sides of the cutter wheel, ride in the corrugations to provide stable tracking, resulting in a high quality cut.
	The floating guide rollers also serve to hold the two pieces of pipe together to ensure a complete and clean cut.
	Ergonomic knob provides a firmer grip to cut through tubing quickly.
	Quick acting mechanism allowing the cutter to rapidly adjust from 3/8" - 1" diameter tubing.
	Durable I-beam style frame.

featuring the new E1525 (RG96397)cutter wheel.

The 15-SI tubing cutter features a larger knob to give
the user more control over feedscrew torque.
The knob also allows for faster feedscrew advancement
because of an increased flywheel effect.
Instead of traditional rollers, the new tubing cutter uses
six individual bearings that help to decrease drag around the tubing.
The bearings also create a smoother, more fluid cut, reducing
the number of rotations needed to cut the tubing.

The New Model RC-1625 Ratcheting Plastic Pipe and Tubing Cutter expands RIDGID's product offering for plastic pipe specific tools. The advanced blade design combined with the ratcheting mechanism, work together to reduce the amount of hand force needed to cut through hard plastic material.

A quick-change blade pin enables the user to change blades in a matter of seconds without tools, saving valuable time and increasing productivity. This pin also assures that there will be no lost clips or misplaced screws during a blade change.

With a 1 5/8" (42 mm) O.D. capacity, the RC-1625 easily cuts plastic pipe and tubing such as PVC and CPVC, as well as PEX, polyethylene, polybutylene and rubber hose.
